Technical Analyst - Full Time

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Proven strong research and technical writing skills.
Skilled in analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues associated with desktops, laptops and medical devices
Outstanding communication, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
Able to travel

Responsibilities:

Conduct a wide variety cutting-edge technology research, requirements analysis, and emerging medical technology prototype development
Ensure compliance with standard software development practices, processes and ISO standards.
Write relevant technical documentations
Design and build virtual reality systems and other related products
Configure and install hardware and software to end users and clinic computers
Assist another departments with computer and software related problems
Perform virtual reality product test and prepare test case reports.
Provide other technical supports
Other duties as assigned
